     The owner, Dennis Matthews (Natural Pools by Dacor, Inc DBA Atlanta Swimming Pools) is proud to have maintained a perfect record with both the BBB and Department of Consumer Affairs since 1979. This reflects no complaints or issues for 38 years.

 

A few words from Dennis :

     By choice, I have structured a company that builds a small number of well conceived and executed pool projects (typically about ten per year). This allows me to deal directly with the client, from initial consultation through construction, and for years to come (should any issues arise). I believe that clear, trustworthy communication is essential to my business.

     You will not be dealing with salesmen, job supervisors or a secretary..but rather, with the owner

of the company exclusively. I maintain a single phone number for both friends, family and my

clients. My preference is to address questions or issues and resolve them, rather than let them

accumulate.
